We are a full time martial arts gym open 7 days a week.
Our beginner classes are as follows:
Tiger Cubs (ages 3-6yrs) - Tues & Thurs at 4pm, Sat at 9:45am
Juniors (ages 7-13yrs) - Tues & Thurs at 4:45pm, Sat at 10:30am
Adults - Mon, Tues, Weds & Thurs at 6:45pm
Our unique, fun & exciting gym was awarded 'Best UK Small Business' by Dragons Den Star, Theo Paphitis and our head coach has been inductedf into the martial arts hall of fame and is regularly featured in the UK's leading martial arts publications.
