We meet every Monday evening between 8.15 pm to 9.15 pm.
We are currently enrolling complete beginners as well as those with prior experience. This is a mixed class which means beginners and higher students all train together providing diversity within the session. Children, teenagers and adults attend offering a good mix of students and a friendly family atmosphere. The class takes place in the main sports hall which is a good sized, well ventilated room.

Midlands Kickboxing is a
localised division of the PKA (Professional Kickboxing Association). This is a mixed class which means that beginners and
advanced students all train together, providing diversity within the
session. Children, teenagers and adults attend the class offering a good
mix of students and helping towards the family atmosphere. The class
takes place in the large sports hall. The Leisure centre is one of the finest in Nottingham and boasts excellent facilities including a large social area which has its own diner with the facility for hot drinks, a well lit car park offers ample parking if you intend driving, the Leisure Centre is very close to several surrounding areas, including Top Valley, Bulwell, Rice Park and Arnold it also has an excellent surrounding road infrastructure.This is a fantastic venue with all
the usual leisure facilities you would expect to find. Our classes are tailored to the individual, and are a
fantastic way to lose weight, tone muscle, improve flexibility and gain confidence.
All instructors are a minimum of a 1st dan black belt, and hold
first aid certificates complete with insurance and full CRB police checks. There
is no contact in class unless it is desired by the student. Still
