Every week Beginners are catered for in a split class
Classes are open to Men, women, & children from 13 years of age.
We alsopracticeLion & Dragon Dance at various times of the month ofwhich students may partake & learn. We perform at various locations and events throughout the year with chinese New Year & the Moon Cake Festival being our busiest times
The Class emphasis is on learning authentic seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu (including Weapons)& body conditioning
