We have 2 fully equipped floors.
Thefirst floor is fully matted and has a boxing ring, a 3ft high 16ft competition cage as well as punch and kick bags, a set of gymnastic rings, machine and free weights and a leg strecthing machine.
This floor is geared towards people that want to compete in different disciplines.
On the 2nd floor we have a reception area, changing rooms and showers.
The training area is fully matted with all equipment including focus mitts, gloves, body armour and punch / kick bags.
All classes are taught be professional qualifiedinstructors.
The qualifications include 4th dan kickboxing we have trained in martial arts since 1986(WAKO British, European and World champions) Professional boxing trainer licenced through BBBoC (British boxing board of control) Submission Wrestling and MMA (Associated to shooters MMA)
The first floor dojo is open to all members to use during opening times free of charge
We operate a monthly membership for all kickboxing classes with your first lesson free and on the first floor you have the option to pay as you train or get a discounted pay monthly rate.
There is no contract for training in any of the classes on the first floor.
