In our classes we offer a Realistic Martial Art that combines traditional kung fu with self-defence against a modern day attacker.
The classes are open to adults of all ages and abilities regardless of your fitness or martial art back ground. Beginners are always welcome, all you need to start is a pair of trainers a t-shirt and some jogging bottoms. So come and give it a try your first class is totally Free!
