Grantham - Sundays at The Meres Leisure Centre, Trent Road. Juniors at 11am and Adults at 12 noon. Wednesdays at The Central Sports Complex, Rushcliffe Road. Juniors at 5.45pm and Adults at 6.45pm.
Lincoln - Tuesdays at The Yarborough Leisure Centre, Riseholme Road. Class for all at 7pm. Thursdays at The Yarborough School (next door to the Leisure Centre). Class for all at 7pm.
Peterborough - Mondays at Peterborough Regional College Sports Hall, Eastfield Road. Class for Juniors and Class for Adults at 7pm. Wednesdays at Werrington Sports Centre, Staniland Way. Class for all at 8pm.
Kickboxing and self defense training is non contact unless desired (sparring is optional). Instructors are professional and friendly - CRB Checked, insured, first aid trained and hold coaching qualifications. Beginners always welcome. Free introductory lessons available.
