The club is located within a private fitness venue and has a fully matted area complete with numerous pads and shields.
The venue boasts a comfortable bar/refreshment area, swimming pool, sauna and gym area (complete with weights and cardio equipment).
The children's classes are friendly, dynamic and varied: geared towards enhancing the experience for the children, in a recognised and respected style, suited for all ages and abilities.
Adults are taught a style rooted in a reality based approach. The system of Te Jitsu draws on the throws and locks of ju jitsu & aikido, blended with dynamic striking.
The instructors encourage a progressive approach to martial art training and constantly review their practices to ensure students receive the best possible tuition.
