Wednesdays 8.00 - 10.00 @ Selston Leisure Centre, beginners 8.00 - 9.00, advanced 9.00 - 10.00. Little Dragons Childrens Class
Fridays 5.00 - 6.00 @ Selston Leisure Centre.
Our grading syllabus is a traditional system.
We hold regular cross training sesions, our JFJKD consultant is Andy Gibney of UFS.
Instructor Mic Clark has just been placed on Maurice Teagues instructor programme and is introducing more reality work into the training as a result. We do NOT teach JFJKD, but we do hold many seminars and organize trips to train with the best instructors available in the UK today.
