Shaolin bond is a 'freestyle' Martial Art. This effectively means is that we are not commited to one style of fighting, and are able to adapt to any given situation through the flexibilty this system allows us.

Shaolin Bond frestyle martial arts was developed by Sensai Colin Weekes who has over 50 years martial arts experience. His initial fighting training was developed during actual jungle combat survival conditions.
Since this time, Sensai Weekes studied, and mastered various styles of martial arts.
Through time and experience, he discarded the unneeded and outdated aspects from the styles he had learned, and condensed what remained into a devestatingly effective system which he named 'Shaolin Bond'.
