We have 50 clubs in the SDF all over the UK, however our H/Q is Andy Crittendens Martial Arts Centre in Doncaster.

The Federation promotes self-defence and self-protection as well as traditional and eclectic systems.
We do not teach in japanese nor do we usually wear Gi's etc.. our emphasis is on workable self defence, through a combination of many styles..including impact, grappling and weapons
Dave Turton the SDF head is officially the highest graded pure self-defence instructor in the UK at 8th Dan, with over 45 years involved in self defence
We regularly host seminars, courses, diploma sessions as well as Private Lessons and master class training
