Male and female proffessional instruction in Ju-Jitsu, Kobudo, Kick-Jutsu and Self Defence. All coaches have an enhanced CRB and are First Aid qualified. We have a friendly family school with programs to suit all ages from 6 to 65. The first lesson is FREE at our fully equipped Dojo. We have other classes in WEST BRIDGFORD and KEYWORTH.
