Freestyle Kickboxing is a western system that includes the blocks from Karate, The Kicks from Tae Kwon Do, Karate and Muay Thai. Also Western Boxing as the foundation of this Martial Sport.

We concentrate on Fitness, conditioning and application of technique. Each Student will go through the Basic syllabus until they reach suitable grade. They will then be taught how to apply these techniques in reality (Street Defence)

We will work on Impact Development (Power), Speed of strike, Accuracy and ultimately how to avoid confrontation.

4REAL is associated with the British Combat association and we are licenced to teach self defence.
