We concentrate on Fitness, conditioning and application of technique. Each Student wil go through the Basic syllabus until they reach suitable grade. They will then be taught how to apply these techniques in reality (Street Defence)
We will work on Impact Development (Power), Speed of strike, Accuracy and ultimately how to avoid confrontation.
4REAL is associated with the British Combat association and we are licenced to teach self defence.

We have Students from 6 years old to 60 years old and have always had a open dorr policy to teach anyone who is intersted in learning and training withus.
Thereare no registration fees or up front payments to be made, just turn up, train and pay for each session as you attend. Each class caters to all levels of Ability and fitness.
