Classes run 6 days a week throughout the day so check our website for the most up to date timetable. Sessions are open to all levels from beginners right through to ourprofessional fighters.

We are Berkshires largestdedicated MMAgym with a Pro Kumite Training cage. All our instructors are active competitors themselves bringing realfight and competiton experience to the sessions.Unlike many other clubs now offering MMA, we have experienced instructors who can work the ground and the stand up.
Classes are open to all levels of ability, male and female we have many students who train with us just for fitness and the challenge as well as the many social events we run.
