Founded in Oct 2002 by Michelle Mullard to pull together over 100 years of combined Martial Arts Experience in the Clubs four key instructors, who at the time were running Clubs for other people. The Club's central theme is hard work, and the need to achieve excellence. Its motto is 'begining is easy, continuing is hard'.All our students go through an hour warm up before training which ensure no injuries & good level of all round fitness.
