The OMAA Team welcomes everyone, from beginners to professionals, who are interested in martial arts. Some of our sparring videos can be found on youtube.Sessions are taught by world-class trainers (e.g. Muay Thai - Master Alemao; BJJ - Roger Gracie's Team; Boxing - Des Brackett).We have top of the range equipment including a professional ring and shock absorbent matted floor.Why waste a free trial!?Come and visit us!
