Taekwon-Do for kids 5-7 & 8-12 There are many reasons for your children to become involved in the martial arts with Spirit Taekwon-Do. We have several different programs available, depending on your child's age and needs. The Kids Kicker syllabus for 5-12 year olds is based on a lifetime learning concept and is unique to Spirit Taekwon-Do. Taekwon-Do For Adults:

Adults practicing Taekwondo is where it all began, We train all of our students regardless of age to the best of their ability. Adults start at any age, no matter what kind of shape they're in.
