A club dedicated to the traditional styleof this non-competitive Japanese martial art, emphasising the efficient use of the body to maximise its power, with fitness, suppleness, good posture and mind/body co-ordination all being developed through practice.

Beginners aged 18+ are always welcome.
Taught by 5th dan British Aikido Board recognised Senior Coach with over 27 years' experience and 3rd dan BAB recognised Coach.
