We are open from 4.30pm until 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday Mornings
You can find us just 2 minutes walk from the train station. Come out of the train station, turn right and follow the road underneath the railway bridge. Look out for the post office buildings on your right, with the red postbox in front. Cross the road here and enter the Castle Trading Estate. Follow the road under the railway bridge. Unit 12 is at the far end of the estate. Further directions can be found on our website.
We are a Family Martial Arts Centre with dedicated facilities and free parking. Our club is friendly and accessible to all ages.
