Paul is a multi black belt instructor . Wing chun is Pauls primary art but he also trains more street based methods. Paul was by profession a psychiatric nurse working with some of the more extreme levels of violence and aggression within a range of hospital and custodial environments.

Paul currently works as a consultant training "at risk" groups, and providing various physical intervention courses for at risk employees.
