We practise traditional American Kenpo for the Juniors and for the Adults we have developed Functional Kenpo. Basically this is still the core syllabus of American Kenpo but without all the Forms and sets that clutter peoples minds and are not really appreciated by the mainstream student.

We also look beyond our art for other techniques that can be tested in the dojo thereby keeping our training fresh and creative. The emphasis is on realistic self defence and effective techniques that can be mastered relatively quickly.
