we are a well established organisation with 12 years of teaching experience and 25 years of study.
the classes are mixed martial arts combineing kickboxing , thai boxing and ju jitsu but useing the science of kenpo.
classes are seperate adult and junior , with no membership fee's and a pay as ye train system,
very relaxed with a freindly enviroment.
