We train at theCity Academy (Big Red Brick Building) in Russell Town Avenue, just of Church Road in St George.
We cover traditional emptyhand and weapon systems, striking and grappling skills, fitness and conditioning. Our classes are open to men and women of levels of ability and experience (minimum age: 15).
