Tae Kwon-Do can loosely be described as a cross between Karate and Kickboxing.
It is an excellent way to get and keep fit, to learn a practical form of self defence, and most of all to have FUN!
Beginners are always welcome to any of the classes -the first months training is FREE with no obligation!
We take children from the age of five, and adults of ALL AGES.
We pride ourselves that we can and do turn ORDINARY PEOPLE into BLACKBELTS!
