Open daily from 11.00am we offer daytime, evening and weekend classes in kickboxing, catering for all ages and ability levels under the watchful eye of our chief instructor Lee Whitfield - ranked #3 in the British Top 10 PRO rankings.
Asides from kickboxing we alsohost MMA classes with a team ofquality instructors each dedicated to their own particular fields of expertise to provide seemless tuition in stand up, take down, grappling and submission moves.
Bai Lang is also a national tournament venue for ring fights for which we have extensive AV equipment to video, playback and record live events
