Bai Lang aims to set the standards for others to follow while evolving into the Midlands foremost multi-disciplined martial arts centre.
Our dojo affords over 3,500 sq ft of matted training area bordered by mirror walls with numerous punch/kick bags, freestanding targets, focus pads and kick shields supplied. Our pro shop also stock a range of equipment from Bytomic & CIMAC.

Our primary focus is kickboxing with training for 5-65yr olds plus dedicated sparring sessions. We also accommodate guest instructos who provide tuition in Capoeira (Shropshire's sole venue for Capoeira Norte), Wing Chun Kung Fu, Weapons and Trickz events.

Additional instructors in all forms of martial arts are welcome subject to stringent checks - particularly Escrima, Traditional Karate Tai Chi & TKD.
