Aged 12 and above. ALL persons welcome, from new students to existingAikido Students from other Organisations, most welcome.

We believe in training hard but safely in the techniques of Traditional Aikido. We use the empty hands. We also learn the same techniques according to the principles of Aiki-Jo (wooden staff) and Aiki-Ken (wooden sword) We teach the values of Traditional Aikido with a view to developing the individual student both physically and mentally in order to achieve peace and harmony in their lives.

We hold regular Gradings and Courses, in all aspects of Aikido training including :
Course in "The Law"& Understanding Reasonable Force".Certificate on completion. This is a one day course with a duration of 5 hours.
A Certificate in "The Theory & Practice of Aikido" open to all levels of Aikido covering: martial sciences, fundamentals of movement, history, principles of Jo & Ken.
