Dragon Chi Goya-ra-ru, is a martial arts style encompassing the most effective elements of other art forms. Each lesson consists of a warm up that incorporates cardiovascular and stretching exercise, we practice the basicstechniques, with Kick pads, focus padsand through practicing Kata Compromised freestyle that encourages the artist to explore the basic techniques and to brings in any new ideas that they have. The emphasis is on practicing the techniques and not scoring points. Contact is made lightly touch sparing. All instruction is in English The first lesson is free, all students of the age of 14 years and over are welcome, any level of fitness and experience.
