Master Wongs System is a unique Chinese martial art. It uses a range of skills effective in the purposes for which they where originally created, undiluted and straight to the point. Concentrating on combat arts such as Wing Chun, JKD Body Weapon, and Tai Chi as well as areas such as Health Tai Chi and Kickboxing in order to improve and optimise health, fitness and wellbeing. Each part of the Master Wong System allows an individual to select a specific area that they wish to train in, and upon gaining a proficient foundation in that area then allows them to build on it.
