mon-6.30-7.30pm - St.Johns,Cauldwell hall rd.
wed 6-7 pm -Chantry jnr school,Aster rd
Thur 7-8 pm -All hallowes hall, Landseer rd.
Monday and Thursday are for Shotokan Karate- we train with the BO staff on thursdays.
Wednesday night we train in 'freestyle martial arts'-based on various arts from kickboxing to ju jitsu,we also train with kali sticks.
