our school is dedicated to preserving 'traditional' shotokan karate!
By that we mean working 'real' applications of techniques and training to make shotokan the devastating artits founders intended it to be!
we train 4 classes per week,as follows
mon 6.30 - 7.30 pm. st Johns,Cauldwell hall rd ,Ipswich
wed 6-7 pm. The Oaks,Aster rd,Ipswich
thur 7-8 pm. All Hallowes,Landseer rd,Ipswich
Fri 6- 7 pm. Fred Reynolds cnt,Churchill cl,Woodbridge.
All ages and abilities are welcome to come and train in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere!
