At the Crawley Choi Kwang Do Academy our aim is not only to teach you how to defend yourself effectively, but also provide a fun, welcoming and safe environment for all the family. All of our instructors are fully qualified and have been CRB checked for peace of mind.
It will come as no great surprise therefore, to discover that our academy is a family run operation, run by myself, my wife and our two sons.
