Dynamic Tiger Freestyle Kickboxing (DTFK) is a unique blend of mixed martial arts (MMA) fitness and endurance training. We have spent 20 years developing and progressing DTFK. We incorporate Thai kickboxing, Japanese Jujitsu, Aikido, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. In our unique training program we incorporate modern day fitness and stretching routines to make the body stronger, more flexible and speeding up the students reaction rate so they are prepared for just about any given situation. DTFK incorporates a full grading system as well as regular seminars, sparring sessions and optional tournaments. We are based in West Sussex and Hampshire but have students attending from Surrey and Middlesex and are currently seeking to expand into more areas.
