Classes take place every Saturday except Bank Holiday weekends:
Children's classes: 1.45pm to 2.45pm
Seniors: 3.00pm to 4.30pm
Classes take place in the main studio at Esporta Croydon. Please contact the Sensei to reserve your place as the classes are well attended.
This is a traditional Shotokan Karate club. All sparring is carried out on a non-contact basis. In addition the the head instructor, there are 4 assistants to ensure that individual teaching can take place during classes.
Gradings take place every six months, in July and December.
Children's classes: 1.45pm to 2.45pm
