We are a friendly family run club and have been in operation for over 30 years. We cater for all ages over 15 years but older people are especially welcome. We do not engage in sporting tournaments and prefer to focus on character development and Self defence. Our Chief Instructor is Gary Murray 5th Dan, who is qualifed in Karate, Judo, Jujitsu and Kempo. All instructors are experienced and hold Coaching qualifications, CRB clearance and insurance. We have a female instructor for ladies.
