Classes run on Wednesday evenings in Haslemere.
Kids class between 6.30-7.30pm ages 6-12 years old.
Adults and Teenagers class between 7.30-9.00pm.
First lesson is free upon request. All welcome, male or female and beginners can start at any time.

Haslemere Karate Academy teaches Wado ryu/kai karate, which is one of the four main styles of karate. It is a blend oftraditional karate (punches, blocks and kicks) with additional Jujitsu tecniques. (locks, throws,joint manipulation etc)
It is part of the Wado Ryu KarateDo Academy, whose chief instructor is Sensei M. Shiomitsu 9th Dan Hanshi. Shiomitsu Sensei was one of the first instructors to promote and teach karate in the UK and throughout the world and is a regular visitor to the Haslemere club to conduct seminars and maintain high standards.
