As a teacher of the traditional Kung Fu System of Ving Tsun Kung Fu with 24 years experience and a qualified instructor of the Wong Shun Leung system as taught by Sifu Anthony Kan the UK representative for the late Wong Shun Leung, student of Yip Man and teacher of the late Bruce Lee. Ving Tsun (pronounced Wing Chun) is a science of close quarter combat, teaching practical and street realistic concepts and applications. A no nonsense approach to the real dangers of targeted violence and aggression, the Ving Tsun approach follows logical and direct answers to real life situations where pads, gloves and mats have no place. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the inner workings of the system, Sifu Omar is fortunate to have passed on these teachings in his own unique way to the likes of bouncers, security officers, personal minders and door men, boxers, mma fighters, office workers, beginners and experienced martial artists including teachers of other martial arts. Holding practicality and testability above all else, and relaying profound concepts in a down to earth and understandable way.
