Training on Monday & Thursday
TKD Tigers (3yrs to 7yrs) : 6.15pm - 7.00pm
TKD Adults & Juniors : 7.00pm - 8.00pm
We are the U.Ks most dynamic martial arts organisations, teaching self-defence to young and old alike. All our classes provide cross training in Jujitsu, Capoeria and Weapons, allowing our Students to gain the best of many disciplines!
Our First 2 Lessons are free and we have classes throughout the U.K, please see website for further details.
