Krav Maga is an Israeli self defence system designed to be fast, effective and simple to learn. Designed by Imi Lichtenfeld in the earliest days of the Israeli State, it follows the natural movements of the human form in extreme situations. This means every technique can quickly become instinctive. Tulse Hill Krav Maga is run by Remi Lessore, a fully qualified Krav Maga and Taekwondo Instructor. We are affiliated with the Federation Europeenne de Krav Maga (FEKM). Every class take place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and every student leaves with a new technique to effectively defend themselves in a variety of scenarios. Krav Maga is also a great cardio workout and excellent for keeping in shape without being bored at the gym!
