Wednesdays 7pm -8pm Beginners. (open to all)
Wednesdays 8pm -10pm Main Class. (GBSF members only)
Sundays 12pm - 3pm - Advanced and UK squad sessions.
Club sessions are held at Sp[ectrum Leisure Centre, Parkway, Guildford, Surrey.
Advanced sessions: Invitation only.
Savate is a very modern, fast and dynamic, European based "combat sport" - it offers a great all round workout whilst teaching basic street self defence. The training is suitable for young, old, male, female, fit or not so fit. Exercises can be tailoured to your own ability, Savate is a contact sport but in training, contact is "controlled" making it a safe and fun way to train and enjoy the challenge of "one on one" free fighting.
