Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has its foundations in the Japanese martial art of Kodokan Judo. It teaches that by using leverage and proper techniques a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger attacker.
It is more than just a system of ghting; it is also a sport, a method for promoting physical tness, building character and ultimately a way of life
