Tuesday: 7pm - 8pm Chimera Kickboxing (Stand-up Fighting)
8pm - 9pm Clubb Chimera Martial Arts (Self-Defence and Progressive Martial Arts)
Coming soon during the week: Beginners' classes, ladies only self-defence and children's classes.
Once a month: "Lab" Session Workshops concentrating 3 hours on specific areas of training
Private Training: Available upon request.
CCMA is a concept for commonsense and open mindedness in the martial arts. We deal with all areas of self-defence from conflict managemetn lectures through to hard attribute training. Classes are open to everyone.
CCMA was founded by Jamie Clubb a regular writer for Martial Arts Illustrated Magazine and the creator of the best-selling "Cross-Training in the Martial Arts" series of DVDs, currently Summersdale Productions' fastest selling DVDs ever.
