Our Centre is open 7 days per week. The main class timetable is in the evenings between 5pm and 9.30pm. We teach a variety of classesin the folowing disciplines:
Wing Chun Kung Fu, M.M.A, Submission Grappling,Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kali-weapons and empty hand,Boxing,ladies self defence, fitness.
We teach both adult and childrens classes seperately.
The centre is open during the day for private tuition with either of the centre owners or one of their instructors. please enquire.
The centre is on the outskirts of Nuneaton town centre in York Street which is off Queens Road which is a main road into town. Free parking is readily available at all times.

The Combat and Exercise Centre was opened in 2005 by Mr Stephen Dyde and Mr Richard Yeomans. The aim: To provide a variety of martial arts systems under one roof and to integrate the martial arts to share and develop skills.
The centre is 2500 sq ft and consists of two fully matted training rooms, reception area and toilets. We have a full range of training equipment including two Wing Chun Wooden Dummies and a complete range of punch bags for various arts to train with.
Our Instructors are fully qualified and teach and train with some of the best martial artists in the world.
