Our organision is based in Coventry and focuses on self defence tactics for street based self defence and awareness. Our aim is to focus on being aware when you are on the street and pointing out how to recognise basic dangers, as well as overcoming fear, use of adrenalin, pre emptive tactics to neutralise an attack. We use a combination of striking, kicking, grappling, and also teaching how to control the distance between you and your opponent.
Techniques on body language control, posturing, and various other techniques all in a friendly, fun and relaxed atmosphere, one on one sessions available.
Our classes are tailor made for your needs, we organise one to one sessions, to work on body language, verbal disuasion, striking lessons, and motivation.
Advice also on how to train for your art, weight training, weight loss, and living your dreams and goals, all taught through the self defence and culminating in one fun day.
I have been training in and out of martial arts for over 20 years, and have not really found anything which I would call street effective. having been forced to use self defence I found what I had been doing did not work the way it had been taught.
