During the week we have classes from 6pm - 9pm in areas from Walsall to Birmingham, Solihull to Coventry. Weekends Saturday & Sunday morning classes from 10.30am-12pm.

We have developed into freestyle karate from a traditional background. Adults training is fitness & self protection protection focussed, with the childrens programme concentrating on character development, enjoyment & goal setting. All styles are welcome, including beginners & advanced.
