Ralli hall is just opposite Hove railway station (sea side) opposite Tesco. the training hall is below ground level, access through car park.
Traditional, southern style Kung FU. Forms, self defence, weapons, Qi Gong, Chin Na, Meditation, Two man drills.
friendly, non competitive class for the study of traditional Kung Fu.
All welcome (under 10s with adult) 6 a session
Instructor - 20 years experience, registered with British Kung Fu Association (BKFA)
