This informal training group will focus on Chinese roots, including the Tan Tui system, but is committed to be open to all styles and all approaches, in order to find individual movements personal styles for each learner.
We follow the JKD principle that you canteach realistic basic techniques to everyone in a class just the same way - but it is vital that each Martial Artist needs to find his own individual style and the teacher's role is to show different ways and paths, but avoid forcing a specific style on someone that feels uncomfortable and unnatural practicing it.
