Tuesday/Thursday cadets 6pm-7pm adults 7.15-9.15pm
Saturdays cadets 10am-11am adults 11.15am-1.15pm
Sundays cadets 3pm-4pm adults 4.15pm-6.15pm
The organisation was founded in 1995 by Andy Hopwood. Andy has been involved in martial arts for over 30 years and has twice been inducted in to the prestigious Combat Hall of Fame. He has extensive military experience including several years as a Special Forces instructor. He specializes in teaching simple, practical techniques that are effective in todays society, and is widely recognized as being one of the leading authorities in self protection and self defence.Sid Khaliq is one of the BFFA's top licensed instructors.
