The club meets every Wednesday 6.30 to 7.30 and Sunday 5 to 6 for all beginner classes. Your first session is free. We train in traditional and freestyle techniques, semi contact sparring, set sparring, knife defences, stick fighting drills, grappling,etc....

All beginners are assigned a instructor to guide them to their first grade.
