We are a fully time, fully equipped academy with a dedicated team of coaches and instructors catering for both adults and juniors. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced student our comprehensive curriculum will help master your martial art. Our Chief Instructor, Paul Kelly has 26yrs experience in the martial arts and is certified under Guro Dan Inosanto, as well as many other world class martial artists. Senior Instructor, Sarah Kelly, who is responsible for the junior students, has over 20yrs in the martial arts.
We are open 7 days a week with over 20 classes for juniors and adults and we teach Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling, Kali/Filopino arts, Jeet Kune Do and much more
